NEW PATIENTS: Please contact the office at 646-926-7495 to schedule an appointment.

Kindly note that if you are a new patient and schedule via the portal, your appointment will be cancelled and it will be your responsibility to call the office to reschedule.

If you are an existing patient you may make an appointment with the online scheduler below.

Prior to scheduling please review the accepted insurance plans, you will find this under the "patients" tab on the top right of the website.

There is a $60 fee added to patient's profiles for no call no shows.
